    Shipping Time:

    In Stock Items

    • Items marked as "in stock" will have a lead time of 1-2 days (in stock) in the product description. These items will be shipped out 1-2 working days after order confirmation.

    Pre-Order Items

    • Items available for pre-order will display a lead time of 3-14 days in the product description. These items will be shipped out 3-14 working days after order confirmation.

    Note: The shipping time at the checkout page only refers to shipping time and does not include preparation time. The lead time provided in the product description is an estimate and may vary. Lead time refers to the duration between placing an order and when it is ready to be shipped (also known as turnaround time).

    Shipping Rates: Retail Customer

    Local Delivery

    • Local pickup is available at our warehouse location:
      • Address: Room B23, 1/F, Wing Tai Centre, 12 Hing Yip St, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.
    • Free Hong Kong Local Delivery:
      • Orders over HKD$350 qualify for free local delivery.
    • Delivery Fees:
      • Orders below HKD$350 will have delivery fees calculated at checkout.
    • Couriers:
      • We use couriers such as Paratrooper Express, 852Express, and SF Express. SF Express is the default courier company unless a customer chooses a preferred courier.

    International Delivery

    • We offer international shipping to retail customers worldwide.
    • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the total weight of selected items.
    • Couriers:
      • We use couriers including FedEx, DHL, SF Express, and Hong Kong Post.
      • Free shipping is offered with conditions applied; details can be found here.
    • Note: The chosen courier at checkout may not be the final courier used due to the nature of products shipped. Updates on tracking may occur after the parcel crosses the destination country's customs.

    Shipping Rates: Wholesale Customer

    Local Delivery

    • Local pickup is available with no charge at our warehouse location.
      • Address: Room B23, 1/F, Wing Tai Centre, 12 Hing Yip St, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.
      • Booking is required; call or WhatsApp +852 5448 6841 to schedule pick-up.
    • For international customers using a forwarder in Hong Kong, products can be delivered to your selected address by any courier or ride service.
      • Input your forwarder's address at checkout and select 'same-day delivery.'
      • Customers will bear all delivery charges.

    International Delivery

    • We offer international shipping to wholesale customers worldwide.
    • Delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout page.
    • Additional fees may occur for particular items and will be notified via email or other contact methods.
    • DDP Shipment: We offer DDP shipment (taxes borne by shipper) to eligible customers; check eligibility here. You can also contact your wholesale manager for more info on DDP shipments.

    Note: Similar to retail shipping, the chosen courier may not be the final one used, and tracking updates may be delayed while the parcel is in transit.
