Do I need to pay a monthly fee for my wholesale account?
No, we do not charge any subscription fee. It is entirely free of charge for you to open up an account.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We are proud to say that we ship to 256 countries worldwide. Please put everything you need in the cart and checkout to calculate the final delivery charges, as the fees will be calculated based on weight and parcel size. We also offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipments to 45 countries.
Can I pick up at your warehouse?
Yes, you can! We are located in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. You are always welcome to pick up your wholesale order at our warehouse to save some delivery fees. If you are located outside of Hong Kong and would like to do an inspection before purchasing in bulk with us, we suggest that you can find some third-party inspection services to help out.
