    Wholesale account is specially for you if you are a business owner looking for suppliers. You will be able to check on all products on our website in their wholesale price and quantity-based tiered pricing. The exciting part is that wholesale accounts will receive our most updated limited-quantity flash sale via email - I guarantee you will be amazed by how much profits you can earn.

    Simply register here by providing us your company name, website, phone, first name and email.

    The registration process is automated and your wholesale account will be activated instantly after you submit your form. In spite of that, Carsha might ask for further details from you if we suspect that you have provided inaccurate information or violated our policy. Under extreme conditions, we reserve the right to deactivate your account.

    Wholesale: Product-Related

    Once you are logged in, all the product pricing will no longer be the retail price but will all show as a basic wholesale price, like this. If you scroll down a bit, most of the products will also have a chart of the tiered discount we offer, which allows you to get a higher discount if you order more quantity, like this.

    We only accept our default currency (HKD) during checkout for our wholesale orders, however, you may choose other currencies on our currency switcher to ease your currency conversion process.

    In general, here is no specific minimum order quantity for each product, you can always purchase only a single quantity for a product as long as you reach the MOV. Any exception will be clearly stated in the product description.

    USD$650 (HKD$5000)

    It refers to the number of a product that fit in an official packaging (usually box). Some items are required to be purchased only in box quantity, say like the box quantity of the eyeliner A is 10, that means you can only purchase this certain eyeliner in a quantity of 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 or so on.

    Yes, it does. Since the supply rate and cost are fluctuated, it is not rare for us to adjust the price accordingly without notice. Please contact us if you need assistance.

    In general, you can purchase up to 10000 single item in an order. For the latest product availability, please contact our customer service.

    Our price is always negotiable when you can purchase a large quantity of a single product, ask for a quote here!

    Wholesale: Order-Related Issues

    You first need to sign up as a wholesale customer here. Your account will be approved instantly and you can log in after you set up your password. Simply select the quantity and put the items into the cart just like you place a normal retail order from any online store.

    Guest checkout

    Order confirmation will be sent to your contact email or phone number, there will be a link for you to check the status of your order. You will also be notified when there is an update of your order.

    Member checkout

    You will receive order updates in your login email address, you can also enable text updates on the link you received from your order confirmation email. Another way to track your order is to log into your account from our website and under your account profile, you can find your order status in 'My Orders'.

    Some products may not have enough inventories for customer to pre-order, hence if we do not have enough physical stock in warehouse, we might need to delay or cancel your order.

    Wholesale price are mostly non-negotiable and stated as the website. Nevertheless, most of the times, our volume discounts are only quoted up to 100 on our website, thus if you can purchase more than that, please feel free to ask us for a quoting! If you cannot purchase over 100 units per item but can purchase over USD$6500 dollar amount, please also drop us a message for further discount! :)

    Unfortunately, we do not provide dropshipping service at the moment. We may provide dropship program in the future, like our Instagram and Facebook to get our latest updates so you won't miss it! :)

    We only take rush orders with a full payment that is over USD$6500 or over 200 units per item.

    Wholesale: Payment

    Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer, PayMe, FPS and Alipay HK. We highly recommend wholesale customers to select bank transfer as their payment method. If you are an international customer, please contact us to get our international transfer details.

    We support worldwide currency. If you are paying by credit card or debit card, you can always pay with your local card and follow the currency conversion rate according to your card company. If you are paying by bank transfer, please contact us for our SWIFT details and pay with your local bank with the currency conversion rate according to your bank.

    If you need us to ship your products, we require FULL PAYMENT either when you place a pre-order or when you order stock inventories from our warehouse. If you are able to pick up directly from our Hong Kong warehouse, payment terms are different, please continue reading the question below for more details.

    We only accept 50% deposit for customers who meet both of the following conditions:
    1) Can pick up directly from our Hong Kong warehouse
    2) Pay to our bank / FPS account
    The rest of the bill must be fully paid before you leave our warehouse.
    Deposit is non-refundable.

    Your deposit will not be returned and your products will be kept on our side until we receive your final payment.

    We do not extend terms of payment.

    We do not accept checks under any circumstances. Cash is accepted for orders less than USD$2570 (HKD$20000).

    If there is a transaction fee, buyers are responsible for it. Please ensure that the exact amount we receive equals to the exact amount on your bill.

    Our system will not be able to identify the private relationships or deals between customers' accounts. Hence, we suggest you to combine different orders manually by placing them all under a single account. It is possible for us to manually create an order for you too, please contact us if you need help with this.

    Due to the requirements by our suppliers, at this moment we do not provide any credit recharge system for our wholesale customers.

    Wholesale: Shipping, Tax & Customs

    Our products are mostly shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse. However, in some exceptions, we may directly ship out items from the location of our suppliers to you.

    We ship to over 200 countries around the day, please check our full country list here for more details.

    For wholesale orders, we generally use SF Express, Hong Kong Post and local delivery company like Gogox if the destination location is located in Hong Kong. For international orders, it is by default that we ship by UPS. That said, if you have a certain shipping company in mind, you can always contact us and discuss how we can arrange to ship by your desired courier company. Keep in mind that our system will automatically calculate shipping rates and courier availability depending on the details of your shipment - it’s weight, category, and destination can determine.

    By default, taxes and duties are not included in your order and shipping payment, you can always use this quick tool as a reference to calculate import duty & taxes for hundreds of destinations worldwide.

    We are unfortunately unable to put misleading information on your import slips, however, we will try our best on our packaging to minimize your custom fees.

    If you are fine with the slow lead time of sea freight shipment, we can always change your product shipping method and offer a cheaper quote for you in terms of your shipping. please do not hesitate to contact us to get an updated quote on your shipping fee.

    We can arrange local deliveries by GOGOX, Lalamove or other companies at your choice, buyers are responsible for the delivery fee and other additional fees. Please contact us to arrange it, in the meantime, you can place an online order and choose 'local pickup' first.

    Shipping is calculated at checkout.

    We can always arrange a redelivery for you if your items are sent back to us. Nevertheless, in terms of the reshipping fee, it depends on why the items are shipped back to us. If this is caused by the buyers (e.g. not picking up the orders on time, not paying the custom fee etc.), the buyers will have to bare the redelivery cost.

    Trading policies and license regulations are different around the world, some countries require traders to get a license for cosmetics import, while some do not. We suggest you to inquire the related department locally.

    Different countries, or even provinces, have their own regulations on prohibited items. It is recommended that the buyers do their own research before placing an order. If you need any assistance, please contact us or the related department in your destination location.

    You will not be able to pick up the goods, and the items are likely to be stored a the custom of your destination, or be returned to our Hong Kong address after a certain period of time. Please note that Carsha has no responsibility in this case, a refund or exchange will not be issued.

    Wholesale: Refund & Return

    All sales are final and are non refundable and therefore we highly suggest you to recheck your order before finalizing it. If a product is unavailable on our side, we will process a full refund.

    We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at +852 5448 6841 or email us at contact@carsha.co with details of the product and the defect. You can look up more details here.
