Returns and Exchanges

We understand that situations may arise where a return or exchange is necessary. We accept returns or exchanges only in the following circumstances:

Eligibility

  • Defective Items: If the item you purchased is defective.
  • Incorrect Items: If you have received the wrong item.

Please note that we cannot refund your order once the products have been shipped out, and a tracking code is provided.

Reporting Defective Items

Returns

  • All returns must be postmarked within seven days of the delivery date.
  • Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • Contact our customer service team at contact@carsha.co to initiate the return process, and we will generate a shipping label for your return.

Return Process

  2. Securely place the item in its original packaging.
  3. Contact our customer service team to generate a shipping label for your return. In most cases, return fees are covered by us if it's our fault.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the condition of your returned item, we will process your refund.
  • Please allow at least seven days from the receipt of your item for the return to be processed.
  • We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate Items
  • Food
  • Drinks
  • Supplements

Note:

  • Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Refunds requested due to oversight of the stated preparation time on our website will be subject to a 5% processing fee.
