Lolita, the sign of purity, and Lempicka, the symbol of sensual desire, were called after the main character in Russian author Vladimir Nabokov's work 'Lolita' and the expressionist woman painter 'Tamara de Lempicka' from Poland, respectively.
Women are the owners of a name that has ambidextrous charms. It was the first fragrance line, established in 1997 by French fashion designer Lolita Lempicka and French perfume manufacturer Pacific Creation. In 2007, Lolita Lempicka rose to the top of the perfume market.
