    How To Use

    For daily: Spray once or twice a day into each nostril. For cold or rhinitis: Use 6 times maximum in each nostril for 7 days.Tilt the head to one side. Gently place the nozzle of the nasal spray at the entrance to the nostril and press down once or twice on the nozzle. Allow the excess water to drip out then wipe away with a tissue.
