Returns and Exchanges
We understand that situations may arise where a return or exchange is necessary. We accept returns or exchanges only in the following circumstances:
Eligibility

Please note that we cannot refund your order once the products have been shipped out, and a tracking code is provided.

Returns
- All returns must be postmarked within seven days of the delivery date.
- Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
- Contact our customer service team at contact@carsha.co to initiate the return process, and we will generate a shipping label for your return.

- Securely place the item in its original packaging.
- Contact our customer service team to generate a shipping label for your return. In most cases, return fees are covered by us if it's our fault.
Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting the condition of your returned item, we will process your refund.
- Please allow at least seven days from the receipt of your item for the return to be processed.
- We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:

- Drinks
- Supplements

- Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
