Sulwhasoo was founded on more than 50 years of entrepreneurial drive and creativity. Its roots may be traced all the way back to the 1960s. Amorepacific introduced the "ABC Ginseng Cream" in 1966, the first Ginseng-based cosmetic product, which served as a prototype for Sulwhasoo.

Sulwhasoo's ginseng extract contains a unique ginseng saponin (1g extracted per 1000g of ginseng) that is further concentrated 6000* times to give significant anti-aging effects and noticeably revitalize skin, thanks to decades of study and leveraging the power of bioconversion technology.
