Sending money through bank transfers in different currencies can occasionally be a lengthy process. That's why Carsha recommends our customers explore Wise, an online third-party service for international currency transfers. This guide will walk you through the step-by-step process of transferring funds to us. Please note that we exclusively accept HKD, so ensuring the correct settings is crucial.

Step 1: Open a Wise Account
Opening a Wise account is straightforward. You can visit the Wise website, download the mobile app from your smartphone's app store, or simply click this link.
Step 2: Click The 'Send' Button
Once you've logged into your Wise account and are ready to initiate the transfer to us, the next step is to locate and click the green 'Send' button. This button is typically prominently displayed within the Wise interface, making it easy to find and initiate your transfer.
Step 3: Add Us As A Recipient
Before you transfer any funds to us, it's essential to add us as a new recipient. Don't worry, it will only take you 5 minutes!
Step 4: Select Currency
In this step, ensure that you select Hong Kong Dollar (HKD).
⚠️ We only accept transactions in Hong Kong Dollars. Selecting any other currency may lead to loss of funds as they may not be successfully processed.
Step 5: Enter Details
- Click 'Enter bank details' underneath the 'Add a recipient' section.
- Click 'Business or charity' underneath the 'Who's your new recipient' section.
- Check the box 'I know their bank details'.
- Select 'Local bank account'.
- Enter following details underneath 'Recipient's bank details':

The final details on Wise should be displayed as follows:
Click the green 'Confirm' button and proceed with transferring the amount on your invoice.
Last Note:
Before confirming and sending, please input your company name or proforma invoice number. This information will greatly assist our finance team in organizing these payments efficiently! :)
